Use this form to notify us if you need to change a ticket type. For example, a Beaver day visitor who wishes to now camp. There is no charge to amend just the change in the ticket price.

Use this form to inform site security of adults and young people leaving early, arriving late and/or returning to the site during the weekend. (Note - this does not include day visitors for Beavers and Squirrels). Parents will need to collect or drop off from the main security gate, and a group leader must be present when a young person leaves or arrives.

For Groups to inform site security of food deliveries.

Food to be delivered to main (Yellow) security gate which will be be signposted to traffic.

Deliveries arriving before 12 noon on Friday will be allowed to drive on site to your subcamp

Registration for Shirejam participants who want to enter "Shirejams Got Talent"

Adults can purchase a 2 bed bunkroom for Shirejam.

Note this will be elsewhere on site, not adjancent to your subcamp.
